WheelsEye is India’s largest trucking platform providing technology solutions to over 2 million trucks across 700 destinations across the country. They are a one stop solution for everything truck related, be it GPS, Fuel, Marketplace, Insurance, Fastag, Finance etc.

My Role

🔸 I was hired to lead the frontend department back when the company served 200k trucks. I revamped the department and oversaw literally 10x growth upto 2 million.

🔸 I was a core part of the tech leadership.

🔸 I managed the development of over 7 active products.

🔸 Apart from upgrading the tech and creating new products and features, I introduced good engineering practices including the integration of a CDN, New Relic, Sentry etc.

🔸 Keeping in mind long term goals and structured development, I charted growth plans for all engineers in my department and mentored them through it.

🔸 One of my crowning achievements here was the creation of a React component library written with Atomic Design principles leading to standardization and reusability across the company.
